Management-consultant, futurist, podcaster, speaker, author

The crossing of future, innovation and digitization is my focus. Innovative tools give us the opportunity to do things like communication, learning or selling in a new way. So we can shape and invent our exciting future ourselves.

I have helped many companies, especially in IT, automotive and finance to develop paths into the future and to qualify their workforce for this future.

My workshops and lectures intend to be entertaining and result-oriented. I want to unleash potential in people by extending their knowledge, deepening their self-knowledge and by using digital technology as a support in an unusual way.

For my work I want to stay one step ahead of the curve: as one of the first podcasters in Germany with "Abenteuer Zukunft" (adventure future), as producer of some of the first Podcasting and Web 2.0-projects in companies and last year as co-author of the first German-language business-comic.

My promise: with me in a project it will never get boring.
